great location clean room helpful staff
I found the location excellent, particularly the proximity to the bts station. it was only 50 meters away and the distance to siam was approximately 700-800 meters. the room was clean and visually appealing. It featured a spacious layout, along with modern decor. the staff members were consistently nice.
the happy hour cocktail rule, preventing sharing with my partner, was a bit puzzling.

location is a plus. national stadium bts station is a short walk. grabbing transport was easy. rooms were clean and well kept. staff was friendly. convenience stores are nearby.
i had issue with parking. i was blocked by a car. there was no signage in parking areas.

perfect location shopping centers rusty tap small space
The hotel had a perfect location near shopping centers. i could easily walk to mbk, paragon, and baan tat tong road. the skytrain was also close. A short walk of less than five minutes. tina, the lobby manager, always greeted me with a smile. gabriel, the concierge, helped organize my travel plans.
The toilet seat area in my room felt small. i noticed an issue with the shower tap. It lacked hot and cold indicators. the shower tap was also rusty. the maintenance staff didn't inform me about the toilet issue.

fantastic stay!
sensational breakfast attentive housekeeping ideal location
the hotel provided wonderful service. the location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions. i enjoyed the sensational breakfast buffet and found the attentive housekeeping very helpful!
The drinks were a bit expensive. The crazy cost in comparison to other places felt a little unreasonable. i still had a good time though.

The open-air swimming pool is located on the 11th floor and has city views. the rooftop bar is on the 25th floor and offers a great happy hour between 6-8pm. It offers very nice sunset views.

charmed design experience
attentive staff comfortable bed
the hotel staff are attentive i especially appreciated tina and gabriel at the concierge desk they assisted with last-minute plane tickets. the room included a bathtub i found it very relaxing after long days exploring i also liked the king-size bed. overall the room was lovely and the hotel staff provided caring service throughout my stay
the building seems old i noticed wear in the toilets and bathrooms i often waited for elevators and sometimes could not ride due to overcrowding. also, noise from outside penetrated into the room
