The hotel had a perfect location near shopping centers. i could easily walk to mbk, paragon, and baan tat tong road. the skytrain was also close. A short walk of less than five minutes. tina, the lobby manager, always greeted me with a smile. gabriel, the concierge, helped organize my travel plans.

The toilet seat area in my room felt small. i noticed an issue with the shower tap. It lacked hot and cold indicators. the shower tap was also rusty. the maintenance staff didn't inform me about the toilet issue.

the hotel provided wonderful service. the location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions. i enjoyed the sensational breakfast buffet and found the attentive housekeeping very helpful!

The drinks were a bit expensive. The crazy cost in comparison to other places felt a little unreasonable. i still had a good time though.

the hotel staff are attentive i especially appreciated tina and gabriel at the concierge desk they assisted with last-minute plane tickets. the room included a bathtub i found it very relaxing after long days exploring i also liked the king-size bed. overall the room was lovely and the hotel staff provided caring service throughout my stay
